Both native New Yorkers, the Campbells relocated to Southern California in 1999, settling in Ladera Ranch one year later to start their family. They both have strong backgrounds in finance which, coupled with their in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace, effective negotiating skills and marketing savvy, enhances their ability to deliver maximum results to the buyers and sellers they represent.
Janet and Robert have found that providing the highest caliber of customer care is all about putting their clients first. Before venturing into real estate, which was a natural transition, Janet was a sales representative for Bank of America. She went on to earn her Broker’s license in 2007 and established Blackstone Realty Group. “I truly enjoy finding solutions to clients’ needs and educating them throughout the process,” says Janet, whose bilingual skills in both Spanish and English enable her to work with people from a variety of cultures. She holds several esteemed designations in her profession, which include being a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Accredited REO Specialist.
Robert, who graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a degree in business administration, also has a background in the financial industry, first as a top executive for Bank of America. He was later recruited by one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in Orange County, transferring his management and business development skills to his position as the firm’s vice president. In 2009, he decided to broaden his real estate expertise by obtaining his Broker’s license and joining his wife at Blackstone Realty Group. He has an extensive network of local business contacts, including upscale clientele, that continues to grow.
In the spirit of giving back to their community, Janet and Robert founded “Ladera Cares” to provide assistance to those in need. When time allows, the Campbells enjoy hiking, traveling, and dining out with friends.

A Miami Florida native, Jackie moved to Southern California in the 80’s finally settling into South Orange County in 1990. Jackie and her family have been Ladera Ranch residents for 16 years and one of the original pioneers. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service for each of her clients. With over 15 years of lending experience, she takes pride in keeping up with all the latest lending laws and programs allowing her to always be in tune with the financial market. This is what sets Jackie apart from most other real estate agents; making her highly desirable to all the clients she meets and works with.
As a mother of three, Jackie is very much involved in her kids school activities and as elected Vice President of the Athletics Boosters for San Juan Hills High School. She has also served on several administrative committees and chaired extra-curricular organizations as well. Jackie understands the importance of a community and the diverse needs of a family within a community. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process for her clients seamless, enjoyable and a effortless experience, which is how it should be. As Jackie would say “Real Estate is personal.”
When Jackie is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys time with her fiancé and kids, watching them play their club sports, going to the beach, enjoying a good movie or just spending time with family and friends.

Quynh is the Account Coordinator for The Blackstone Team where she ensures that each transaction is done seamlessly for all of our valued clients – from initial inspection appointments, processing and completion of all proper disclosures through the close of escrow. With attention to detail and the importance of working efficiently Quynh makes sure each and every client’s level of customer service are surpassed. Quynh’s diligent work ethic, tenacious attitude and comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry make her a vital team member of The Blackstone Team.
Prior to joining The Blackstone Team she earned her bachelors degree in 2-D Design from California University in 1994. She then began her career in advertising as a freelancer for various reputable companies such as Disney and Nordstrom, later becoming the art director for a well-known Los Angeles ad agency. Soon after her marriage to her husband Dr. Alan White she decides to take a break to stay home and raise her two kids. Quynh joined The Blackstone Team in the spring of 2013 after attaining her real estate sales person license a year prior. Now she enjoys her time working in the real estate industry with The Blackstone Team and remodeling and decorating her home in San Juan Capistrano on her days off.
